Default The right price for a VPP purchased Nismo?

Howdy,
I'm looking to purchase a silver 2010 Nismo. The dealership I'm working with gave me a 41,350 MSRP figure for the "fully loaded" Nismo (perf brakes, kick plate, floor matts, trunk matt) and take home price of $39786 + tax + plates + $105 doc/title. Is this in line with VPP pricing? Looks like it is $1300 over invoice.

Edit: Humm... based on the VPP sticky thread I think they're either not using the VPP pricing or the program has changed drastically The thread talks about a 2.87% discount on invoice plus 2.5% dealer delivery plus destination which would give a $37,576.55 purchase price not including tax, plates, doc/title (37000-1062+898+740=37,576). At the very end of the thread someone mentions that in June the D program changed to a flat $150 discount off of invoice which would yield... $37,000-150+2.5% delivery($921)+740 destination = $38,511. Either way it would seem that I need to talk calculation details with the dealer as the math just doesn't work out.

Edit #2: Actually, the new program is explained very clearly at insidenissan.com you get a flat $150 below invoice with no 2.5% delivery fee, so I should be seeing a purchase price of 37000-150+740=$37590. Waiting on a call back from my dealer...

Edit #3 I forgot the invoice cost of the options which adds $741. So, actually it's 37741-150+740=$ 38331
They shot me a price of $39,786, so still a $1455 difference. My dealer's explanation? There's a cost to get the car here as it's not on their lot (dealer swap) plus they need to make some money on the deal. Thoughts?
