370Z isnt making too much sense... lease help!

Nice choices of cars. Just one thing on the 08+ STI, did you check the drive setting? Make sure it was set on sport mode (there is console near the shifter) that will dramatically change the throttle response.

Don't forget to test drive the Evo X - esp the MR which I think will be a great DD.

I know this is not in your small fun car category, but you might want to look into Jeep SRT8

They are giving these away at the moment. 0-60 in 4.5 sec but mph is out of control.

He may as well get a Pontiac G8 GT, get considerably better gas mileage and just as much performance (as soon as that pesky 0-60 time is over, ya know). And they're being given away just as much.

funny you say that. when i test drove it apparently i didnt know how to drive a AWD car, so the sales guy drove for a little showing me what the car can do.
