When ordering a 370z, how long does it take to come in?
I ordered a 370z Touring with Sport and Navigation package, Pearl White/Black, manual with Nismo intake system and Nismo Cat-back exhaust system on Feb 19, and the order went in that monday..... They told me 3 months.... Just wondering for anybody that has ordered one, how long did it actuallytake for it to come in?
Thanks guys |

Dig around a little on the forums... there have been a few threads already on this. Personally, my order was placed on Feb 11, and the arrival date is March 27. But its all going to depend on your dealer getting an allocation, or getting lucky with a vehicle going through production that already matches.

Did you get an order number? I put my deposit on 2/15 but the dealer could not order until 1st week of March. The dealer told me it will take about 3 months for a special order.

If their allocations are sold then it takes longer. If they have an un-sold allocation then it can be much quicker. Depending where the car is in the build cycle they can also modify specs on an existing allocation. |

Exactly!! I got lucky. Nissan called my dealer right after the fax went in and said they had a Platinum Graphite Z ready to be built, just had to change the order on the interior from black to persimmon... otherwise it was all the same. So, just hope you get lucky. My dealer told me it was going to be 60-90 days, but it will end up being 44

Sort of a related question... can you cancel the order sometime between ordering and actual delivery? I ordered mine early January and expected delivery in April and during that time I found my company is filing for ch. 11 bankruptcy. I'm still planning to get it hoping the company stays afloat and I keep my job, but it would be nice to know if I can cancel the order in case layoffs/liquidations occur.

went in on the 9th of February and told the dealer what i wanted (PW/black interior/nav/sport package) and well they just called me at the end of last week and told me to expect a deliver either late this week or 1st week of march.

This is why I think I'm getting a Black instead of the white.
I really have no patience at all... They said I would need to wait 3 months + they'll charge more. I'm thinking of getting the Black fully loaded for under 40,000. Now it's up to these 2 dealerships to duke it out. I hope I can walk away with it for like 38,000 Good luck bro!

Then they want the cars on the lot so they can jack the price up for the suckers. Well ... that's the technique before last year when everything went south anyway |
