Virginia where i bought my Z while at school isnt bad. They call me once a year and ask for their 200-300 dollars, and every year i email then a copy of my Army Leave/Earnings statement to get it waved. Active Duty soldiers dont pay a thing lol. Ill be finding out next year when i get my car transfered to Kansas how it works there i guess

Are you talking about advolum taxes, or do you have those too ????
GA has sales tax based on your county, and then the advolum tax that
your county collects each year when you renew your tag. This amount
goes down each year as it's based on the cars value..

Personal Property tax = advolum tax

Some states are at the end of the year, and some are when you renew your tags. Completely separate from sales tax
