Pipeline Transfer?
Has anyone ever heard of doing a pipeline transfer? The local dealership here in Ft Worth said they can do this and I'd get my car by the first or 2nd week in July (Black with Persimmon, Sport). Basically they intercept a car coming to another dealer and it heads to TX.
I am eligible for VPP but that only gets me about 100 under invoice according to the Plan D. I would like to try and negotiate to around 1000 under invoice. Anyone have any ideas? They also have a 40th on the lot for 34.5k (plus dealer add BS). Thanks Andy |

Hmmm, so my chances of getting the deal down closer to 1k under invoice are pretty slim eh.
I just shot a dealer an offer for a 2009 Car (still new) in SC. It's a farily low ball offer but hey, it's a 2009! Fingers Crossed but I doubt he'll take it. |

Yeah I know, but I have this thing for black sports cars. I talked to another dealer (MUCH MORE TRUSTWORTHY) Jerry's in Weatherford TX and the car in question is on the boat heading this way. It has EVERYTHING on it with an MSRP of 41.5k and I can get the car for 37.1K with my USAA Member price.
Any thoughts? |
