Dealer just called me, says my order has changed status to "shipped" and it has a vin now! Anyone know how long it takes to ship??

i ordered mine special order from the dealer. they placed the order march 4th. the car came in April 30th. Hope that helps. i'm not exactly sure When they gave me the vin so i couldn't tell you exactly how long the shipping took. but that was my overall time frame.

I know for San Diego it is supposedly 7-10 days. I ordered mine April 2,hopefully soon i receive it!

Wow that's some quick times, I just ordered my yesterday the dealer said they found one right off the line and should arrive in Vancouver end June/early July. I should expect it July.

i ordered it in March, so June will be a 90 day time frame. But 30 days from when it's shipped eh? Well i'm hopin that boat is quicker!

Haha for sure, I got lucky that one was already produced for Quebec and the dealer was able to make a deal/trade on it or I would have been waiting till September unless I changed the color combo's.....

Was this a factory order or not?

Well, they didn't have what i wanted so the order was placed, car was built in japan, and now it's on it's way. So i guess the answer is yes.

OMG! It's here!!! Dealer called and sent me the below pics...but i'm outta town and won't be home until Saturday!!!! How will i survive until then!!!! :crying:

What did you pay?

Don't let them prep the exterior for you. Have them remove the plastic in front of you,make sure there's no defects, and then take it to a real detailer unless you want swirls from the beginning.

The invoice was just created this past Friday...so i haven't done the deal yet. So far i've only put a $750 deposit to order it. (took 3 months) So i'll be getting a vpp number and doing the deal this week....i'll fill y'all in on it when it's all done.
