I know this is a stretch and I searched too. However, as the title hints, I'd like to know if anyone attempted to custom order the red 40th anniversary seats.

Custom ordering the 40th red seats?
I know this is a stretch and I searched too. However, as the title hints, I'd like to know if anyone attempted to custom order the red 40th anniversary seats. I know they only come on the 40th, and hence create the "limited" edition, but Nissan has to make extras for the 40th owners if they get in an accident, etc. I know for the Mugen Civic Si you had to give them your VIN just to order any replacement parts (as regular Si owners looked to get Mugen parts).
Any news? Otherwise we may just have to wait until 40th owners start getting Brides or other aftermarket seats  I'm a sucker for red. Oh and I'm also curious regarding the matching inserts.
