Default Paying invoice for 370z anniv ed?

Hey guys. So unfortunately my company doesn't participate in the VPP program. I have shopped around at various dealers, and have not been able to negotiate below invoice. From everyone's experience/opinions, is paying invoice for the 40th annv edition a good deal? I've worked out 4.9% fin @ 72 months w/ 8K down at $36.5K price. What do you guys think?

One more question -- My lease on my evo isn't up til June, so I don't have to have a car until then. Does anyone here have any thoughts on how hard the anniv edn might be to come by in June of this year? From what I've heard, they're out of production. Trying to figure out whether I should buy now or wait til' my lease is up in June.

Thanks!

Can't say on the invoice for a 40th, but I'd wager you can get better financing.

I couldn't beat 4.9% through any of Nissan's offers at the dealership, but I got 3.59% for 63 months from my bank with points off for having my accounts there and for doing direct deposit. Worth a call.

Good idea. I'll call my bank tomorrow to see what they could do.

Oops - I meant automatic payment not direct deposit. Either way it dropped my monthly payment a lot

That's gonna be tough purchasing a 40th anniversary edition under invoice at this time. If only you were a bit closer to us, I'll VPP it for ya !!!

I had a deal for $200 over invoice and today my 40th Anniversary came in. I took the VPP with me and it came out to be $1900 under invoice. Awesome dealership. Just got home an hour ago and it's in the garage.

There's no way I can use vpp if my employer doesn't participate, right? Is it possible for me to use someone elses vpp code?

Assuming Nash works at a dealership? If so, does anyone know which one so that I can contact him today? I sent a pm to him, but with today being the last day, I would lke to try and call. Thanks!

There seem to be a ton of the 40th's, and when I was looking around I had found several dealers willing to go down to $33.9k for a brand new one. You can PM me if you're interested, that should be substantially less than what you're looking at now.
