Is it possible to go lower?

First of all I am not a very good bargain person, so today Riverside Nissan called me about my inquiry using the American Express Auto thing. I quoted for a 370Z Auto Trans + Sport + Kick plate, and it was 32,319. So basically I asked if the price could go lower (I felt stupid asking like that now) so obviously she said no, and I got nothing to say.

Is 32k for these option an okay price ?

They are quoting you right at invoice price. Most people on the forums are getting somewhere in the ballpark of 500 below invoice. I would say that you should offer ~1k below invoice ($31,250), and if you have to, work your way up to ~500 below invoice ($31,750). I wouldn't go for the car if you can't get it for less than $31,750...there are plenty of other dealers that will be willing to give you that.

I have negotiated with Riverside Nissan before (Wendy) and the price she gave me for a 2009 was fair. I was able to get the same car $500 cheaper elsewhere.
