That is invoice price times 7.95% for tax.

I don't know, "club" and I don't want to come off sounding bad here but I just speak my mind---I could be wrong.

But what I think I see is a young guy who wants this sporty car and is willing to give up a TSX too damn cheap and the sales guys knows it. He knows he's got you drooling. And he's going to pull you in.

Hope I'm wrong but this doesn't sound like a good deal to me (unless you have beat the crap out of that TSX).

I'd have to agree with Slynky,

Kelley Blue Book trade-in value is $9K-$11K. add $1k-$2k if you sell it outright. And KBB is lower than NADA appraisal. So the trade in is not a good deal, unless the TSX is poor condition.

I would only consider making this deal, if you could get +$2K out of the TSX and ATLEAST Invoice (you should get less) with no additional fees other than tax, title, and license., $100-$150 processing fee, and transportation fee ($500-$700).

Otherwise, I would sell the TSX myself, and keep shopping for another Z.

took at trip down to carmax today for another appraisal and they are only offering 7k for the car. I should mention that I was rear ended so it is categorized as being in an accident. Car interior is in great shape and there are pics actually posted of my are on this site under cars for sale. No structural damage. I think I may settle for 8k for the trade in.

is $1500-2000 below invoice for a 2009 370z considered a good deal at this time?

Which dealer was this?

I am guessing the lifetime powertrain warranty is an additional cost? How do they define "lifetime"?

Did you get $2350 below invoice or below MSRP?

sorry i think i typed in the wrong #s

MSRP = $35285, invoice = 32835, dealer quote = $30485 (aka $2350 below invoice) with lifetime powertrain warranty AT NO ADDITIONAL COST

OTD price was quoted $33888 (9.5% tax + $510 license/fees) still wondering if this is a great deal or can i do better? the car has 34 miles on it

this is for 2009 base 370z with auto trans, sports package, floor mats, splash guards
