yea seriously, that car is used. If you could get it for what a USED 09 would be i'd say go for it. then you get to buy a used car but dont' have to deal with higher insurance /interest rate

The black one you're talking about is in San Jose right? With 4,000 miles on it and it being an 09, that is a used car. If I were buying a used car, I would start at KBB's trade-in value as far as purchase price. I don't think there's anything wrong with buying that car, you just have to let the dealer know that both you and they know it's not a NEW car. My 09 had 26 miles on it and I paid $2,950 under invoice through Falore Nissan in Sunnyvale on 2/26/10. Good luck!
