$2000 under? Maybe if there was some rebate money.

370's Hold back is around 1,000.00. I have seen a lot of people get anywhere from 500-2500 below invoice.

There are a lot of variables you have to take into account.
1. How many 09's does this dealer have on the ground?
2. Is the car you want in stock?
3. How good are you at negotiating?
4. Can you be flexible on options, color?
5. How long has the car been there?
6. How many miles are on the car?
7. Do you have a trade?
8. Did the dealer add extra equipment?
8. Does the dealer have high Fees?

All of this has to be taken into account.

Some people see 5,000.00 09's Z's. Then you get there and they have a 1995.00 appearance package. Which cost the dealer $150.00

Please take this with a grain of salt. But if you work the best deal you can and you feel comfortable with everything, then do the deal. There is no magic formula to get you 2500-4000 below invoice.

if getting 2009, i would also consider about buying used ones...........

i had been searching for a low mile Z before i bought mine........only wish i had known about this site before the purchase........

nonetheless, i got mine 2010 cherry black at 600 below the invoice...........

right now, for 2010 model you could get up to 1000 below the invoice.........

for 2009, it all depends........as stated above, there are tooooo many dependent variables...

but i think getting about $2-3k below the invoice is a good price....

once again, check out the used ones.........for less tha 5000 miles, they are about $5-6K less......

but then, if you want to be the first owner, just go with 2010........... keep in mind that if you are going to sell your car, it all makes even......... higher resale value for 2010 vs 2009

Lou

That's what the dealership nearest me does. Adds a bunch of crap (as if they did anything) with "strange" terminology to their car prices. The MSRP for a Nismo was somewhere around $44,500 by the time they got done with it.

I bought my '10 for $650 under invoice somewhere else.

2009 base - $3k under invoice. Boo yah! :driving: Plus floor mats and wheel locks. :)
