The salesman at the Nissan dealership didn't deny that it happens there too. So no, I'm not being paranoid. It's no different from underwear IMO. I want to be the first and ONLY person to wear my underwear.

The reason why they have to, is because there are fuses and relays that have to be installed to the vehicle once it is delivered to the dealer. Called the PDI (pre-delivery-inspection) In which your radio fuses, heater and tire pressure systems are all reseted by the techs, as an example to reset the tire pressure sensor you have to get the car to a steady 40mph cruise before it goes off.. So cut your salesman some slack because if you put a deposit on that car and wait 2-3 months to get it I m pretty sure he wont let anyone touch it, since he doesnt get paid on that deal until the vehicle is delivered.

Enjoy your Z and know that the only person that drove it before was a highly qualified Nissan Technitian:tiphat:
