Is it possible to order the red 40th annivesary interior on a touring model?

No, only possible way would be to do a custom leather that matched or see if you can order the whole seat from parts or bodyshop. That's only ideas that come to mind.

Is it possible to order just the red suede side inserts on the doors? I got the black suede due to my touring package but, I just think that red suede on the doors is too sick!!!

Probably. I'm guessing you'll need to provide the parts guys with a 40th Anni VIN and even then it'll be extremely expensive. The dealership guys on here should be able to offer more insight.
