$37500 OTD for a 2010 370z roadster base?

Hi guys. I got a dealer's quote yesterday on that number. I am in los angeles california. I believe sales tax is 9.75% in my area.BTW I will trade in my 06 mustang. They gave me $7500 on it which means $30000 OTD price. Is it a good deal?

No it's a stupid deal. you don't deserve to own a car less drive one. You're actually going to sell your 06 mustang for $7600?

Put it online and you can sell for twice that price.
