Has anyone in the US been able to order a 2018 Nismo?

Searching Nissan's inventory via their webpage gets 0 hits, so despite the announcement, I assume none have actually gone out.

I've been working with local Nissan dealers to attempt to order a 2018 Sport Z but they recently told me they do not have a date yet from corporate for when they can even start doing Pre-Orders. I was also told by Nissan Corporate that they are beginning to ship the 2018 models out to certain dealerships. In addition, when I asked about a very specific build, they pointed me to a dealership that should be getting it but did not specify when; if you call and ask the right person might be able to tell you where the one you're looking for will end up.

when i bought my 16 it was 9/28/15 and they had only been out 2 weeks

A dealer a few miles away from me has a black 2018 nismo tech advertised for sale at $46,815.00 6 speed manual with 6 miles on the car.
