Actually, I wanted to get a used one, but people want more for a used one then for what I can buy a new one for.

Thoughts? Is it worth the extra 3K for Navi and Touring? Or try to find a base with a bigger discount?

Thats dot invoice pricing. I'm pretty sure dealers (at least here in NY) are gonig $500 below invoice as of this week even before any serious paper work / negotiations.. just straight up talking after a test drive. I'm just waiting for them to go even more than $500 below invoice... probably hoping for some dealership cashback offers to come up towards the end of the year.

36500 is WAY below invoice. That's including his taxes/title and whatnot, which potentially put his Nismo at $2000-2300 below invoice (depending on taxes), which is unbelievable.
