Default Ordering Question . . Sports Package

I really would like to order a 370Z
Touring Model with the Sports Package.

My question is . . . .

Could a person order the Sports Package
without the "body colored rear spoiler" ?

Like . . . Sports Package delete "rear spoiler".

Please advise . . .

Thanks

That is probably a question for the dealer you are buying from...I am sure you can tell them to take it off or leave it off but I am not sure if it is possible for them to reduce the price at all considering the spoiler is part of the bundled sport package accessories

Plan on going aftermarket or spoilerless?

I thought the spoiler was an option itself...lol

I've seen G's with sport packages and no spoiler...to spoil it...haha..corny..

well in the G the spoiler was an option but in Canada it was part of the sport package.

Default I just . . . .

I just don't like it for some reason.

I was hoping to go "rear" spoilerless.

It does state on nissanusa.com website
that it (rear spoiler) is part of the
sport package.

I was just hoping to order a loaded
370Z (both packages) without the
rear spoiler.

I will ask my dealer.

Thanks !

I really like the small spoiler. It adds to the looks of the car and isn't ricey.

I don't know if you have seen it in person or not, but if not I would try prior to ordering. I didn't like it at all until I saw it in person. It wasn't too big and not just a small lip...Just perfect imo.

I live in Toronto Ontario Canada and I want to do the exact same thing to a black 370. A fully loaded (both packages) M6 with rear soiler delete. I asked my dealer (whom I have a long history with and trust - Richmond Hill, ON) and she said there was no option like that for the 350s. She gave me a very interesting option though. Lots of aftermarket shops would gladly take soilers off (cover work and all) if you let them keep the soiler.

im interested in knowing as well, im ordering a Sport but would be willing to wait until they have a non-sport in stock to trade rear hatches with and/or trade w/ another Z owner.

I'm pretty sure many base (non sport option) owners would love to trade hatch with spoiler. I think there are some base members here. You just have to make sure you buy the car same color as their car

Default Dealer said . . .

Dealer contacted me and said
that the spoiler could not be "deleted".
It was part of the sport package. The
dealer suggested to take the car to
a body shop to remove it.

I guess that I will leave it on.

Oh well, . . .

Just find someone with a base model no sports package and trade hatches with them.

Well obviously check to make sure you guys have the same color car.
