Good Deal? I Want Your Input
2009 Nissan Z 370Z Coupe for Sale in Streamwood, IL
The car fax shows lots of owners but it has a long history of being taken care of, I'm low balling the price to see if i can get it a lil better. But are your opinion? (i know I know... it's an auto) |

I'll be the *******, not because its an auto, but it's a first year run. Manufacture always let the first year run go and work the bugs out later. It has a lot of after market work which means that somewhere instead of having Nissan fix the bug someone did it their selves. Unless this is the only Z in your area I'd pass.

Well 09/10 price wise are my only option, i don't want the price to be over 20k. I could do it but I'm not trying to shell out every month while in college. So around 15k would be perfect. I could look for a 10 with the info u have me

If you are trying to save money, a 370Z is not a good choice. While they are pretty reliable (ESCL and CSC being two notable exceptions), if something does go wrong, it's going to be expensive to repair. Maintenance tends to be a little higher than average (two air filters, instaed of the "normal" one, &c), too.
I suggest buying an older car (lower initial cost) that has lower maintenance/repair costs while in school and maybe a few years after. Keep your credit rating up and buy a new 370Z (or whatever strikes your fancy at the time) then. YMMV

If you have to stretch that much to afford it, you can't afford it.

I would definitely pass. Its not worth the 16K. Maybe 14K and I would still not do it. First year production. You would be the 7 (Yes, SEVEN) owner.

Seventh owner of a modded first year of production car? What could possibly go wrong?

Oh for ****'s sake. You are a college student? Well college up. If you can't even figure out how to use a fuckin' period when you type on your silly little phone, and I promise you it really is just one little poke with your finger to make that magical punctuation mark appear, then you really don't need to worry about spending money you don't have on a car you want to get a custom kit designed for using money you'll never earn from a job you'll never get because you can't figure out where the fuckin' period goes!
