I know on 2010 Nismo models they come with cargo area interior trim panels (with the mounts/anchors) to accept the rear cargo cover from the touring models. The '09's did not. Someone with a 2010 base/sport will have to verify if those got it as well. I covered it in this post:

Yes and no on the heated mirrors. You can add the parts you need, but they will have to be on a separate switch (like one of those blank switches).
Yes, actually you can just buy the filter and add it yourself, check the DIY section for results and part number to buy.
