So I have some great news! I went to another local dealership here in San Jose. Although they didn't have the car I was looking for (Base Silver w/ 6MT & Sport), they were able to do a dealer-find while still matching the earlier deal from the previous dealership. Not only did I get the same great price, I was able to get better than 3.9% financing because I bought the maintenance package (he was able to get me 3.49% financing).

They're in the process of driving the car back and detailing the Z. It should be ready in a few hours!! I can't wait!! Is there anything I should be looking for during the inspection (outside of the normal stuff like chips & dents)?
