0% coming back anytime soon?

Is there any way of knowing if 0% for 60 months is coming back.......??

JARblue 03-03-2015 10:00 AM

I've been seeing ads on TV for 0% financing for 60 months at local Nissan dealers. But the fine print says select vehicles only, and I'm not sure whether that includes the Z.

Kuba83 03-03-2015 10:07 AM

yep, as far as I can tell its for others....some of it was supposedly ending yesterday.......when you put your zip in the "special offers" box for the Z it still shows "no offers".......I normally see plenty of adds for it when its going on.......but its been at least two months.......may have to bite the bullet and go for it.....been waiting too long.......of course as soon as I buy one they'll have the 0% the day after.......

That is how it worked for me. I bought mine at the end of February 3 years ago now. And then in March they started offering 0%. It is all about opportunity cost or some jazz....

I traded my Tacoma in on my Z. Wish I kept it :(

You can have mine at 0%, I just need a one time payment for 6,000 US and she is all yours. lol

Be patient. Or play hardball. I was able to get .09 on mine in the month of March back in 2013

More often offered at year end when they need to clear inventory.

My experience (at least with Nissan) is that the new year models show up during the summer or late summer. So they often offer deals (0% financing) during the Spring to clear inventory in preparation for the new model arrival :twocents:

its back on 2014 and 2015 models

Notez_370z 04-21-2015 12:48 PM

for how long will the 0% on 2014 and 2015 models be going for? and isnt that only offered for like top tier credit?

Yes it is generally only approved for customers with a very high credit rating. I think our local dealers offered it for a month or two (Feb-Mar).

koeppelnissan 04-21-2015 01:18 PM

right now - it is good through end of April. we wont know if it will continue until May 1 when we get the new programs

There are many interpretations of 'very high', when I got my car last year for 0% I believe the requirement was a 750 score which I was a few dozen points higher than

birdman71 04-21-2015 05:49 PM

0% is usually for a credit score of 750 or higher and most of the time does not include the special cars like the Z or the GTR. the 0% is more oftenly associated with the sentras, altimas, maximas, and anything that gets a rebate haha.

If you are smart about buying cars always go with buying at the end of the month. Salesmen are trying to beat quotas as well as the dealership itself. 28th through the 31st usually the best time to buy a car.
