I found a 2009 solid red nismo with 46,151 miles. He's asking 24,999 before taxes and fees. From what I can see the interior looks mint, but the exterior has

Is this a fair price?
I found a 2009 solid red nismo with 46,151 miles. He's asking 24,999 before taxes and fees. From what I can see the interior looks mint, but the exterior has swirls, rock chipped front bumper, and a few hair line scratches. Other than that it's bone stock.
