Is this a fair price?

I found a 2009 solid red nismo with 46,151 miles. He's asking 24,999 before taxes and fees. From what I can see the interior looks mint, but the exterior has swirls, rock chipped front bumper, and a few hair line scratches. Other than that it's bone stock.

Look at trade in value and offer 2 to 3k above that.

I bought my 2012 sport 6mt gunmetal with 13k miles for 22k before tax.

I'd pass on that one
