370Z "The Run" Video
Is there a 370z "The Run" video like this one that they made for the 350z?. I always loved this video for some reason and somebody needs to make one for the 370z.
Do we have something like this out there yet? :driving: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FWAhi8i9jQ |
Not impressed. Looked like the driver was going quite slow, to be honest.
IMO, nothing tops the IOMTT videos. MotoGP class Superbikes going 200 MPH+ on city streets. Yes, please! |
Escape from Stockholm movies are pretty damn good. This is done under controlled environment.

Amen aszyd. Those videos are always bad ***. To be honest though, think of how much fun a run on the Isle of Man would be in the Z if they cleared the roads like the do for the TT runs?
Case in point: |
had to stop about 1 min in. Awful camera movement. No stabilization was done. Editing is garbage.
Reason why my opinion is so strong is because I believe if you are going to do something, do it right. Dont just release something that you know doesn't look great just to release something. At least for me the standard is set by Format67. Here is a link to one of their clips. Sadly no 370z clip haha. http://vimeo.com/13412780 |

Oh I know I've been there on my bike. Stayed in Suches Georgia. The roads around there were amazing! |
You guys are being critical. This film was done as a remake of an old french film C'était un rendez-vous. It's also being driven by Steve Millen... If you're familiar with Stillen, that's him. The guy is a hot shoe and has entire family has raced Nissan since forever. I think it's a pretty cool video... Pretty city, cool engine sounds, kinda has a classy feel to it. If you're dissatisfied because he's not going fast enough, or the camera angles aren't to your liking then you're missing the point. Plus the whole premise is he hauls *** across the city just to meet a girl. That's what I am talking about! My girlfriend is Czech so maybe I like it because I feel like this is too similar to my life.

What is really forgotten here is that this was the introduction to the new Z, after 3 long years out of production. They played this in movie theaters as a trailer. I wasn't a Z enthusiast until seeing "The Run". Not to knock doing 200mph on city streets, on a bike, (which is insane and bad a$$ at the same time) but in it's time, this was a cool way to introduce a new car.

The original: C'etait un Rendez-vous on Vimeo
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C'%C3%...un_rendez-vous has decent info about it |
