Hey, everyone! I'm loving this thread; so many great looking Zs! I just bought my 11 SR touring coupe 6MT and I'm looking for some things to do to spice it up. I love the red/black theme! I am thinking of plastidipping my wheels, fangs, rear diffuser (or whatever you like to call it), door handles, and possibly emblems since it is easily removable in case I don't like something. I would love to hear some input via response or PM! Thanks again and I'm glad to be amongst such tasteful people! I'll post a picture once I get home from work.

Thanks for the tip; I've been doing so, and it has been immensely beneficial! I went through every page of this thread as well and I have seen some great ideas. I also went through several DIYs and YouTube videos for the previously mentioned items. This site is definitely a great resource for any Z owner! I'm thinking of picking up the Ray sport wheels and a spoiler from my local Nissan dealer as well. I saw a spoiler that was painted black underneath and I loved it! I'll probably add that to my list of things to do. Anyway, lol, thanks for the advice! I'm looking forward to having a Z worthy of this thread!

Lord Zed

http://www.the370z.com/members/ghaza...zeds-booty.jpg

So this is "Lord Zed" and I have ordered a couple things for it that are most likely to be completed next weekend.

1. I ordered the eBay OEM style spoiler painted in absolute red (color code A54) for only $139 shipped! All of the feedback that I have heard about this spoiler is good so I decided to dive right in. Here is the URL in case anyone was interested in also checking it out: <http://www.ebay.com/itm/130637661257?item=130637661257&viewitem=&vxp=mtr>

2. I picked up four cans of matte black plastidip, some blue painter's tape, and a few work towels from Home Depot for about $20 after tax. I plan on spraying my fangs, rear diffuser, wheels, door handles, and emblems. I have been thinking of doing something different with the spoiler but I'm not sure how it will turn out; my idea is to either spray the entire bottom side of the spoiler black or to "draw" a line across the middle of the spoiler (along the tip). I wish I knew how to photoshop, my visions could be interpreted much easier that way!

3. I ordered a 4' X 4' strip of black vinyl from FlawlessZ for $60 shipped. My plan for this is to black-top Lord Zed.

I'm pretty excited to see how these low-cost DIY mods will look! From all that I have heard, all of these parts are high quality (for what you pay) and should last a good amount of time, having high resistance to weather/wear&tear. I'm so excited to be a new Z owner! I will make sure to post pictures once I get it all done!

^^Thats cool lol. The Jap Z's get parking sensors, front camera, power folding mirrors, and some other cool little features that I would've liked on my U.S. spec.
