.c2, what is your tire size for the front? I'm currently running a 255 and looking to go 265, I'd prefer 275 if I can. Trying to find someone dropped who has them to see if they rub or not.

Chris, what brand are you looking at? I'm running RE11 265's up front on a 10" wheel and have no issues (on coilovers). Of course, the front tabs on my bumper have been worn down for quite some time now :ugh2:

Michelin Pilot Super Sports

On a 9.5" Front wheel. +22 Offset

Dropped 1" all around on K&W v3's

255/35/19 no problems, but would like wider grip up front to mitigate understeer. So looking to go 275/35 but may have to suffice with 265/35.

Running 295/30/19 rears atm.

I'm on 265/35/19 on PSS as well, which has ridiculously big sidewalls lol. My wheels are 19x9.5 +12 up front and I have a bit more room left, dropped with about 1.3 finger gap or so on kw v1? My fenders are rolled and pulled slightly though, and also the tab has been shaved off. Cambers at about -1.8ish. I think you'll be fine with a 265/35 if you're at +22 offset on stock fenders, with rolled/pulled you will be okay with 275 as well up front. I'm running 305/30 rears atm, but have stupid camber in the back lol

Gawd dammit. This is almost identical to the look I'm trying to do. Minus a few extremely minor details. It's good to know that what I have pictured in my mind actually looks good in person. Well done c2!

Thanks! I'll stick with the 265/295 setup then. It's the same stagger as it has stock, so hopefully that'll keep it happy. :icon17:

Polished the car on weekend for a show

used Griots Polisher with level 3 polish and pad, then applied black wax made my chemical guys ($80 for a lil container)

:D Thanks. It looks much better in person than it does in pictures, as many of my friends have said as well. I think I'm just very bad at taking pictures, and possibly because black cars don't look as good in pictures too :( Lol. I'm sure once you have the parts you want on your car, you will like it much better in person rather than in pictures

No problem. I think my current set up is making my VDC slightly twitchy lol, I should have went 295s now that I think about it. The PSS sidewalls are hugeee and 305s makes my 19x11 wheel look funky lol

The pictures look great. There's so few black Z's with the Amuse kit I was starting to worry that it just might not be a good idea. But you and Jasonle on the forum have reassured me that I'm heading in the right direction.

Hi res pictures here if anyone wants to take a look :D The many stages of my Z, and my photography - a set on Flickr

What made you decide Against the Amuse wing?

.c2 06-12-2013 12:59 AM

Because I daily drive the car and I don't like having so many eyes on me haha. I like it being a bit more subtle :) Even though the amuse kit kind of is the opposite of that
