Looks to be custom intake manifold but I saw an earlier picture with an intercooler.

CIN Motorsports built the car. It started off as a Vortech supercharger kit but has since had most of the parts switched out. It's got a much larger supercharger now and Bobby@CIN fabricated a new intake manifold for it. I don't know all the details but I could find out.
