So I drove a 600 hp tt Z .. supposedly..
Hey everyone, I just thought I'd share some pics from the weekend trackday...
The silver Z that I drove around is a Fully built TT track car... The thing is on rails, I am in love with hoosiers... If you ask me, it felt more like 400hp...but thats just me...the owner claims 600. Either way I must say I am, once again, extremely impressed with the capabilities of the 350Z... I really had a blast and this has only made me want to get the 370z all that much more. Last edited by RCZ; 12-22-2008 at 08:20 PM. |

600hp at the wheels or crank ? cause a 350z with 600whp on the track is pretty scary . btw who built the car ? how many lbs of boost ?

Looks like you had tons of fun over the weekend. The cars look great. That silver Z is almost identical to my Z. BTW, this is
Who built the Z? Forged? Quote:

Even 400hp would get kinda scary if really set up right. I mean scary in a good way.

It could have been 600hp. Cars always feel slower on the track than they do on the street because everything else around you is moving quickly too. Or, if you had any heat issues the ECU could have been pulling timing to where you really did only have 400whp at that time.

Wow great pictures. To me that silver Z's engine does not look capable of 600hp, the orange one seems possible though. And I like the idea behind the Nismo spoiler, however it looks like **** from the rear, if they tweaked it to look more like the Porsche GT2 spoiler (which I think they were going for) it would look like pure sex.
Hopefully someone will make a closer replica of the GT2 spoiler for the Z someday. |
