Two beautiful cars

Not ordinarily my own cup of tea, but kudos on the rim/headlight mod match on the Z. Subtle and distinct. I like.

EDIT: Ah, I see the highlights in the window sticker and calipers too... some forethought went into this I gather.

EDIT 2: What's under the hood on the Camaro? 350 (5.7) V8? What carburetor? 4 barrel at least. Edlebrock head?

A 502??? Holy ****! What's it putting down?

I had a '79 Firebird, and after I broke the 301 I dropped a 400 (maybe 403? It's been forever ago...) Grand Am motor in -- standard 4-barrel quadrajet and a 400 TH AT in it that was a 6.6 ltr -- more torque than power and frequently chose to go sideways in all weather conditions.

Damn -- that car must be a ******* beast off the line!

A proper clean Cali car -- awesome! !!!

No clue! I bought it a month ago. I am actually taking it out.
I am going to put in an LS3 and 6-speed manual. I am building it for autocross not drag racing. Heres some more info on it: Taylor's 1969 Camaro Pro-Touring Build

Good job Taylor. You're a Chevy guy deep down inside. The Z is just your mistress.
