Anyone knows how to embed mp4 video so it shows the actual 1st frame instead of the url?

I think you can only do YouTube or Vimeo.

I did a little research but can't guarantee I came up with the right answer.

It appears that one must use the HTML EMBED tag for non-Youtube/Vimeo videos. It also appears that HTML is turned off for comments on this site. :(

Only thing I can think of is to upload your video to Youtube and use the YOUTUBE tag.
