What's he doing there? It sounds like he's sitting on the rev limiter at times and he keeps looking down at the gearbox. This must be some hoax Stig who dressed up in the suit to try driving the Z...

wanta370 08-23-2009 09:47 PM

he looks down alot... not good.

iceman21_23 08-23-2009 10:05 PM

this may have been a practice lap as well guys... and or just a joke lol

Junior370z 08-23-2009 10:37 PM

It's obvious he's making sure his nizmo shift knob didn't fall off during his shifts lol!

noodles 08-23-2009 10:43 PM

maybe the Stig was just confused about the rev matching lol. But i do agree that was not the Stig, unless that was the very first time he drove the car.

Brazilbro 08-23-2009 11:10 PM

He only looked down twice , Give the stig a Brake.

batman_4 08-23-2009 11:22 PM

^ +1, also you all think he only does one lap in a car? they do a few laps and get the best time out of them.

awesomez 08-24-2009 08:13 AM

How come nobody is obsessed with top gear australia lap video?

DannyGT 08-24-2009 08:17 PM

LOL - what you guys think the stig only does one lap in each car? It was him, at the same track, doing what he's supposed to be doing. None of that will really make the cut anyway. Most likely a test/prep for hot lap.

spearfish25 08-24-2009 09:07 PM

You think a professional driver with a full face helmet would EVER look down at the shifter position? Please...

DannyGT 08-24-2009 09:41 PM

yes.

shabarivas 08-25-2009 01:59 AM

isnt there a number in the gauge cluster that tells you what gear you are in... iono ... fishy

Shunya 08-25-2009 05:09 AM
