I park the same way all the time...people are ******** and don't realize how hard people work to own one of these vehicles... more power to him or her to protect their investment!!!not that it really matters how you park because there's always that one ******* to mess things up... I guess I do it for piece of mind...Lol ...

The person who wrote that in chalk should be outlined in chalk.

The person who wrote that got it right. If you park like that, you are just asking for your car to be messed with. You might as well put a big sign on the car saying "KEY ME".
|
I do that all the time, call me an a**hole if you want but I get sick of dumba**es that cant seem to figure out how to open their doors with out hitting the car next to them. Once those idiots get it furgured out I will park right.

I would follow his lead and park right next to him :) There are plenty of ways to protect your car in a parking lot...being an *** is not it.
|
There's a whole line of us at my gym who park like that. But we all park at the far end of the lot where it's empty so doubtful if anyone cares. My thinking is as long as you're not taking up space people would be using, it's fair game.
There have been so many times when I'm walking out to my car on a crowded night at the gym and a car starts following me, wanting my parking space. Then when they realize I'm walking all the way to the end they get annoyed and speed off to circle the lot again lmao. Lazy asses. |
If you really don't want people to damage or key your car, it's probably better to just park normally. It won't draw the attention parking like this does and no one would resent you for it. My thought has always been that if the car is clean as well as the parking then it conveys a message that I care for the car and respect other people's space. It also helps to park in a less crowded area.
My mom drives our G37 sedan, gray. Not nearly as flashy as a bright blue 370Z. Doesn't have a loud-*** exhaust on it either. But she's had coke thrown at it, the paint keyed, and someone back into it in the last year. Meanwhile, in two years, I've yet to have anyone do anything harmful to my Z. |
I always park like this, I don't really see anything wrong with it... helps you have buffer space on the sides so people don't park close and ding your doors. I always back in though
|
This is probably an unpopular comment but this is exactly the type of thing that would make me want to key someone's car... If you go out of your way to park like this people will go out of their way to **** with you.
|
If you park like that you are a douche. Please sell your Z immediately so it doesn't make the rest of us Z owners look bad.
|
Like I care what someone else make me look like.
This discussion has been covered in The Official Crappy Parkers thread. Please pay attention. PS. Can you tell I am having a bad day?:hello: |
