I was debating on wrapping the roof or doing the side pillars... pillars won!

Wheels look good bro.

1. Did you take them off or use a garbage bag to protect the brakes?
2. How many cans?

The garbage bag method, super easy!
I used 3.5 cans, probably around 8 coats. First 2 coats were real light.

I also plasti dipped my key white cause I'm a sauce bo$$!

Nice, I think I might do my emblems, door handles, turn signals and wheels soon. I was thinking about getting everything powdercoated/painted in a light gunmetal. This might be good to see if I like the color, plus I think I can get a gunmetal from dipyourcar.com

Mine basically looks gun metal, wasn't expecting it to but I love it! I'm also planning on doing my door handles and badges. Thinking about dipping the spoiler black too.

The best way to plasti dip stuff is to use a spray gun instead of the spray can. I did my rims and door handles using the gun and they come out so smooth and look as if then were painted a flat black. It's more $ to have the gun but trust me. I have to redo my emblems using the gun instead of the can. Wheels look great tho Scoot87, just something to look into.

Thanks bro! Yea, I agree about the spray gun.. my buddy has one and he forgot to bring it to work where we did the wheels! The plan was to use the gun!

Looks good. Your car looks meaner. Roof idea by DEpointfive0 sounds good.

But it will look like this with a black roof:

Notice how weird the black pillars look WITH a black roof...

Maybe it's just me?

or maybe it's maybelline
