2013 Rays 19" 370z powder coated rims

Just like the title says. I've been searching a lot on the web, looking for any other peeps with the 2013 370z Rays 19" rims that have been powder coated. I see a ton of 2012 (and below) Z's but none of the 2013 Rays style. Well, if I am the first to have a 2013 Z done, I am glad I am on this site to share the pictures. I have yet to take the final "on the car" picture but I will try to do that tomorrow or Friday. Until then, here are the rims off of the car. At the time of this forum post, the car has 3494 miles on it.

The color: ALIEN SILVER

Better than stock.

I prefer stock, but like you said. It is all an opinion.

I always thought the rims looked great Gun Metal Grey for the 09-12 rims.
the 13's rims is the same for me~

Can't wait to see these on the car. Speaking of, what color car do you have?

ofcrmartinez 03-21-2013 11:13 AM

Blk Cherry / Dark Cherry. ..lol, the paint is one color, the rims come stock in grey and the door handles are bright silver.. ugh! Rolls my eyes..

Well just got back from picking the car up. The first two shots were under partly cloudy skies, in the service pick up area of the dealership. No direct sunlight.

We left the dealership and went to grab a bite to eat. The sun came out and I snapped this shot with my cell phone:

That color looks like the stock color on the 09-12's. looks good but doesn't add any differentiation.

Looking good man

Looks clean, I would certainly add some spacers

Looks bitchin!!

Just as the title says. Too bad you weren't able to ditch the crap tires. Or maybe road noise isn't as much of an issue in "warm" states. Absolutely love the color....Cheers

Thanks! I was curious.. what does this car look like with spacers? Any added benefit(s) or is it purely cosmetic? Any pictures?

Yeah.. since we are "old", we don't really push our Z to its limits in regards to traction, etc.. If it's raining, we drive my truck. I am sure there are better tires out there but we are "content" with the ones that come on it from the factory for now. They have less than 3500 miles on them. When it's time to shop for new tires, we will certainly entertain all options :-)
