Official Pearl White 370Z Thread

This is my second white Z. The first being an '84 without the pearl finish. I almost forgot how much easier it is to keep a white car cleaner and swirls, and other slight abrasions do not show at all. It is also a good color for warmer temperatures, it can be 110 out and cool the car down in less than 5 minutes.

^^ I've got a PW Z as well, and I've seen this done before, but I've never seen it come out shiny like this. I would like to do this mod, but how do you get it to com out shiny? And should it be professionally done to ensure it's done right?

Artcraft collision painted my tailights and they told me they did several extra coats of clear to give it that look. You should give them a call and they can quote you a set. That way you get an idea for what process they do and how much it would cost you.

OK...Does Pearl White have a deep metallic luster to it, or is it more like an opaque flat white?

Its a white paint with a white pearl effect along with a slight rainbow pearl.

I really wanted a 370 sport until I saw the Nismo in pearl white, now
I am holding out for a Nismo.

I'm so torn between Black and White on my 370Z, I'm planning to purchase in April, that's my deadline

haha nice, i had posted in another forum that im starting to consider trading my 09 for the 2010 coupe next year.

why though?

you would take a serious hit? heated mirrors arent enough, if you are gonna trade id wait for the 2011 and see what upgrades that has, I'm assuming the 2012 would get a bit of a facelift as well

new hood, wheels, additional HP, etc
