Is it biased just because the Z didn't come out on top? It's known that the FR-S was engineered specifically for it's incredible driving experience and handling. Accept that our car is a great all-around car, but not the best handling car out there. haha

Interesting, i especially like how he chose the base 370 instead of the touring model which comes with better brakes and an LSD which might of made a slight bit of difference in the cornering. Oh, and i love how he just praises the porche's sound.....well duh, it has a modded exhaust as he mentioned himself! He also mentioned the porche had a Quaife diff; do Porches come with those or was that also an upgrade? So really, between the 370 and Porche, he was comparing base non-modded vs Cayman "S" modded.

Having just purchased a 2011 Magnetic black Z with sport package I find the video humorous.
All I can say is the Z is a sexier car - the other two are a bit girly Last edited by Quick370z; 08-27-2012 at 01:08 AM. |

No sport package, no comparison. The LSD and RevMatch significantly change the character of the Z.
Also, 332hp vs 200hp. That gap is much more significant than he gives credit. |

I got to drive a GT86 over the weekend. Everything he says is true about it, it handles like a dream and it's a fantastic driver's car, BUT it only has 200hp. Once you get over that initial "I'm in an 86!" excitement, you start to realize that you really miss the extra 130hp from the Z, and the interior sucks. At least that's how I felt. I'd definitely buy a used GT86 in a few years just to hoon around in at the track. |

Its funny even before he drove the other cars he already made his verdict that the Fr-s is the out right winner!
I will probably agree with his verdict with the no. 1 sign using my middle finger!!! Last edited by Zoren 370; 08-28-2012 at 08:02 PM. |

I think if you can forgive the car for not being powerful, the 86 would be very satisfying and fun to drive.
I guess in the same way that you can forgive the 370z for not sounding the best, it's awesome to use all that VQ torque and power with the precise handling. Would the Cayman blow both of these cars out of the water just because it's a Porsche ? ? ? I guess a test-drive would tell. . . |
