Unicoi is the highest elevation on the Cherahola Skyway in Tennessee, right before you hit the Tail of The Dragon...

The area there is all twisty roads like no other place on Earth. I highly recommend the Cherahola for the breathtaking scenery, the Dragon for the reputation it holds, and the Devil's Triangle for the extreme challenge... :driving: :eekdance:

Thanks for the info. I love TN. I think I'd retire to the Nashville area if my wife would go along with it. I've heard a lot of the Tail of the Dragon. Sounds like it'd be fun to drive. We have Highway 1 out here. And Highway 49 through the foothills. Twisty and a lot of blind turns. The 1 has the great views of the Pacific.
