Photographing/photoshop tutorial?

Looking through the galleries here I saw that there are a bunch of really great photographers on the forum. I was wondering if any of you would mind making a little tutorial for the photography noobs here?

You need to master the DSLR and you need to have a good eye. I always had the eye. It was the camera that drove me crazy.

What would you like to know? Being that the finished product is pretty subjective, maybe you should pic a particular photo or photos and ask some specifics as to what you like about it/them and how that particular photographer achieved it.
