If I am that potential customer/enthusiast , I would be more inclined for the GT3 RS (personal opinion). I personally think there's not that much market for a Z like that. |

Actually it's quite heavy, almost 3000 lbs. and way too low on power. race exhaust and race-tuned ecu yet all they can get is only 5 hp extra over the street version of the car? and it seems to lack downforce since it only has stock splitter and spoiler. There are some very heavy contenders in gt4 and continental tire gs class such as 911 gt3 (modified for gt4 specs), corvette c6, bmw m3, aston martin vantage, etc. all with over 400 hp and more aggressive aerodynamics.

Does anyone know where to buy the Front bumper intakes from? I was looking at buying the NISMO Cold Air Intakes from Z1 and it looks as if the filters are located in the front bumper just infront of the fender well. Or are the intakes on the bumper meant for the breaks?
Thanks in advance,

One more question.... Does anyone know where to buy the metal mesh covering the opening in the front bumper?
Thanks in advance.

Yeah bump. What is it with Nissan not better marketing these RC pieces?
Perhaps the cars have been a marketing failure and they are concerned privateers would just build their own RC from a base car for $50 to $75 grand less? I may be wrong but I don't see a ton of teams stepping up and buying RCs? ok so RC is a failure sell us the freaking parts! It's going to be better for Nissan brand to have a bunch of good performing and nice looking 370z on track rather than bunch of aftermarket parts pulled together. I don't understand this. Porsche has no issues selling motorsports parts from their race cars. Of course it's expensive but I can buy very cool stuff from them? Ford also. I have been very impressed with Nissans efforts in Motorsports just seems like a disconnect with growing enthusiast base?

Couple more points. Did Nissan address fuel starve issue in RC and how? Does it have a fuel cell?
On weight. The quoted Standard Nismo weight of approximately 3300 lbs is with fuel spare tire etc. What does quoted weight of RC include? Seems to me the RC version is still a bit of a porker given it has stripped interior. My street going car is close to this weight. Also would be Intersted to see what kind of weight distribution Nismo got with RC.
