It looks like brillliant silver is just silver alloy with a new name. I prefer the silver acura has, somehow silver alloy doesn't look pure silver.

I generally go for blue cars, but this blue isn't my speed. Maybe in person it could be better, but in print it looks too light to me, a bit too "powder blue". It reminds me of the Miata color "Mariner Blue" (yuck) or the E36 BMW color "Estoril Blue". In certain light, the Estoril color is good, so I guess I'll have to wait and see.

It's really not powder blue. It's a medium metallic blue. The lighting in some of the pictures just makes it look like powder blue.
