Wow, a lot to learn
I am fairly new here and this has definitely been an education (reading this thread). I had 6 Rx-7s, my last one, an 86' was aging and lots of stuff to fix. My dealer offered me a solid red base model 370Z with the spoiler package for $29K even. How could I refuse? I looked at Porsche Caymans and they all seem to start a tad over $50K, about $21K more than I paid for the Z. The Porsche is way out of the league of this middle aged (over the hill) teacher sportscar nut. Even if I had the money to buy the Cayman, I think I would still go with the Z. It is really a great car.
