Yeah it was cool video but really doesn't prove anything other than GT R is a great performance bargain.

However if Porsche GT2 RS, Corvette ZR1, bugatti, Viper ACR, Mustang shelby 500, etc had been part of this it would have been much more interesting. I mean really Porsche Cayman R with 3.4 NA engine going up against blown 6s , v8s, v10s etc? If anything it was a huge testament to how outstanding Porsche engineering is that those litte 6 cylinder cars could hang in a drag race with big displacement or blown motors. GT3 was truly impressive. it weighs about same as corvette and has displacement about 2/3 the size.
