Awesome shots. For some reason that garage looks familiar, but I have never been to FL yet..............

SeeyaBud86 08-29-2011 08:25 AM

They came out nice man.

tonythetiger 08-29-2011 09:51 AM

Awesome pics! Love those wheels!!

Rickey89 08-29-2011 11:31 AM

nice pictures, so much so that a few of the shots are now saved to my computer for wallpaper backgrounds for my iphone and laptop,

makes me reconsider having gotten my z in brilliant silver,:(

NewYorkJon34 08-29-2011 01:10 PM

I'm glad to hear you guys like the pics, we take these for fun & also for the community to enjoy

Footloose301 08-29-2011 01:44 PM

Not bad Jon! I need to get an SLR

Zerafian 08-29-2011 01:55 PM

Its amazing what an extra $10-$12k in mods will do for your car lol. They are the same car but totally different.

I never relized how much better amuse rear looked then stock. Its a perfect comparison with two white Z's

KamiSpeed 08-29-2011 02:11 PM

cars look good, the wheel choices on both are great

dP3NGU1N 08-29-2011 02:22 PM

Great looking cars.

I don't like a lot of the photos though, a lot of composition issues and the whole off kilter camera orientation doesn't work if the car's not in motion. Photographers tilt the camera in order to give the viewer a sense of speed in a still frame, however, the rest of the picture needs to imply motion as well. If the picture is dynamic but the object is still then it looks like someone has a problem lining up their horizon rather than purposefully manipulating the viewer's perspective.

Great looking pics & Z's. I've never been a big fan of the Amuse, but it white it looks very nice! Nice work gentlemen!

I knew there would be 1 person that got all technical about these pictures, lol

Not bad results since I just bought the camera four days ago. Plus the only lens I had on me at the time was my 70-300VR, so I had to take alot of the pictures farther back then I wanted to.

Thanks for all the compliments guys, we appreciate it as we did it for the community, alil rep couldn't hurt tho ;)

I'd suggest spending some time practicing your focusing, and learning your cameras AF system. Other than that and the composition, I think you're off to a good start.

The cars look great.

NewYorkJon34 08-29-2011 09:01 PM

I didn't really use the AF system too much, I took most of these manually focusing myself. This is my first SLR, so the more I use it, the better I'm getting. Thanks again for the advice.

At the next photoshoot I'll have my painted headlights, a different lens & hopefully some models ;)
