The second from the bottom and the other grey one, both with the front kits that look like a wiper blade is stuck to it. Anyone know who makes that kit?

Bumper canards - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Those are both made in carbon fiber and are designed especially for those bumpers. You will need to go through Stillen or find a universal application for your stock bumper.
