The Tamiya kit is a 1:24 scale curbside (no engine detail) kit. You can probably find it for around $25 online.

I am still waiting patiently for autoart or kyosho to make a 1:18 scale diecast.

So Kit meaning you have to individually glue together all the pieces right? paint on your own too? Might be kindda fun...

Kyosho makes the best.

Yeah, plastic model kit. It is good fun.

I agree about Kyosho... I like their stuff the best. But AutoArt still makes some nice ones.

Building a kit indeed is fun, I build mine over the Christmas break. A nice thing to do on those cold winter days, much better then working on the real car in a freezing garage...
Here are some more pictures of my build kit:

I tried to make an exact as possible copy of my car, including blacked out fangs and rear valance and window tint.

If you do decide to build a kit, don't forget you'll need tools, glue and paint. But all that stuff can easily be bought online if you don't have a hobby shop nearby. The paint color numbers are indicated in the kit manual, so you can just order by number.

I have boxes full of model kit supplies. I used to go pretty crazy and scratch-build a lot of parts and even upholster interiors with real leather and fabric. It took so much time though and I started to feel :forever alone: so I gave up. :icon17:

Yeah but my first time with you in STL was worth the 25 year wait. :icon17:

Nice collection!

I've been looking for the 370z Hot Wheel whenever I go to Target :icon17:

Check Walmart... I bought mine out (all 10 pieces of them) a few months ago... lol. I figured 10 bucks for an heirloom or collectible is worth it ;)

That looks awesome guys. What's Tamiya? model kit? or model RC? where to get and how much? And yes, I think the Ebbro is 1:48. Also forgot to mention like someone above, I have about 10 hotwheels of the Z too :D

Tamiya makes both models and r/c kits. You can even buy the r/c 370z in a pre-built form I'm pretty sure. I've got the kit so I'll have to build it. It comes with most everything you need to run less a radio and battery pack. You can find it all at tamiyausa.com

I was wandering around Target the other day when I came across the red Z34. It's fairly detailed except for the missing side mirrors. Like the 40 Year Old Virgin, I like to keep my toys in the package.

I also like to collect Hotwheels Deloreans.
