New Ride!!
I had come to the decision to buy myself a college grad gift. It came down to a 370 and a cayman. I realized i was getting so much more bang for the buck with the 370, so on monday i picked up this beauty down in tulsa. Its an 09 6 speed sport touring with 15,000 miles on it. The wheels are 19" TSW's and are 12".. thats right 1 FOOT wide on the back. yay for replacing those tires some day. But I absolutely love the car and whoever had it before me took good care of it.
It has dual Injen CAI and a catless midpipe (testpipe). Just Curious What kinda of power to the wheels are you guys seeing with just an intake and new midpipes? Sold my 05 CBR 600RR to get this thing and i must say, i have ZERO regrets. Throw out comments, questions, advice, or info on whp to expect with my setup! Thanks! aaaand just for fun... i thought this was a kinda funny pic Last edited by edub370; 05-11-2011 at 04:58 PM. |

awesome ride. except the largest width TSW makes for the nurburgrings is
19X10.5 hopefully you werent told they were 19X12's the largest you can get is 22X11, but as far as 19's or 20's....10.5" is the max sorry man.

Very nice! Congrats. It looks fantastic with those wheels. Hope you enjoy it in good health.
FWIW, with the Injens and your test pipes you could reasonably assume you would put down somewhere in the neighborhood of 295whp on a Dynojet.

thats exactly what i thought too, but me and my dad physically put a tape measure on them and got 12" exactly... maybe the 10.5" wheel is actually 12" lip-to-lip?

Measure across the inside of the wheel to the opposite bead mounting surface. This is the true width of the wheel. Do not measure from the outer edge of the wheel; this will not give you a true wheel width.

i want about a 1" drop so bad. i think i am going to go with swift springs since it looks like you can get away with just putting those on with stock shocks and not messing up camber or anything (from what i understand)
