Pix of a true full-wrap: Start: Done: Notice the lack of lines? That is some talent and a lot more work than the "kits" you have on your Z and I have on my 'vette. The downside is that if a rock buggers 1 piece...it's a LOT of work. Also, the $$$ that install cost is substantially more than what we paid. If I had an R8, you can bet it would get wrapped by Premier though, even if I had to have it trucked to them and back for it. |

Yea not full body but it is full body. I mean im paying the price of a standard kit but getting hooked up with left over pieces.
Only things left for me are the roof, doors, rear fenders, trunk (which i wont be doing). Btw if u have an exotic car clearbra is the best investment you can make on the car. |

Wow, having the full protection would be sick and the job above is impressive as when you look at mine, you can see the lines about 1 mm in.... definitely a good idea on a car such as an R8 and anything comparable.
I got my front bumper, half hoof, half fenders and side mirros, makes quite a difference and nice peice of mind

I have the same wrap done (full hood, full fenders, and the kit bumper, rockers, mirrors) Its saved my *** several times. they just needa make a clear bra for windshields haha. I paid $1000 using ventureshield. I would've loved to get everything custom cut but thats too much $$$ for the fenders my installer even took out the Z sidemarkers to tuck the bra underneath it.

U can barely notice the lines on my car. He did it pretty well cause he tucked the film in. When he redid my hood he used a steamer to loosen up the adhesive and it still was a bitch to get off. I know, i watched!

I install PPF but did not get into windshield film. I checked into it a year ago but the school to get certified is about $7,000 for a 3-4 day course... and honestly its relaly not that hard to install. The problem is they are charging you a fortune to get certified because they know their product is not going to last the two years their warranty covers. The film will scratch and scuff and it will have to be replaced. So they make their money in the certification process from the installer and also the initial install of the film. That way the replacements are still not costing them anything yet the installer is loosing out because he is having to reinstall the film. Its a great idea but until they get it scratch proof its not going to be worth messing with. There is also a liability issue if someone wrecks and says the film caused their vision to be blurry.... you can see where that could lead.
