Holy sheet. VDC FTW?
We all have our lapses of judgement, and it seems like sometimes a camera only aids that problem. You were lucky, and hopefully you learned from it. That's how I always look at it when I do something stupid.

haha yeah that can be a little scary specially if you were not intending to do it. Ive actually had vdc on and did that maybe a little worse after leaving the dealership. They put tire shine on my tires and I didnt realize how slick they were but i sure did find out.

Haha thanks for the comments. The camera is just a Flipcam with a Delkin Fat Gecko suction camera mount on my license plate holder. $35 mount.
Yes, vdc was on. Yes, heart was pounding afterwards.

Didn't really look like the best road to be doing that on. As long as you learn.

I had a similar incident recently, but it didn't turn out so well. Of course it could have been a lot worse, but I'm lucky it didn't. Two of my tires went off the road a bit and I got a scrape on the bottom of my front bumper. Learned my lesson though |
