This can be done better, but the idea is not bad.
Instead of drilling through the door, make a mold in it and angle the gauges. ![]()

I like that concept, could probably remove the OEM material and re-use it for the covering.

Probably wouldn't stretch over the bumps, but you could probably get a leather shop do make you one. If you can't get it done in NY, it can not be done.

That's a fact, I think I like that idea best. As soon as I finish the nitrous install that has to be the next project. Great idea about the leather shop.
